Introduction
The programs in the Spelling Series Toolkit enable you to create and modify lists of words for use with products in the MECC Spelling Series. These programs help you build new word lists from a dictionary included as part of the Spelling Series Toolkit, combine word lists, create your wn dictionaries, and edit your word lists. A special feature of the Spelling Series Toolkit is its ability to convert lists of words that you may have created using MECC’s Master Spell and Word Wizards products and text files created with ProDOS®- and DOS 3.3-based word proces-sors, including AppleWorks™ and MECC Writer. In addition, incomplete word lists (those in which one or more words are missing some or all of the required information) may be “matched” to a dictionary or another word list and have the necessary data automatically “filled in.”
